Official rules and guidelines governing the use of jetoto's gaming platform

Welcome to jetoto, an online gaming platform operated by Jetoto Entertainment Services ("we," "us," "our," or "jetoto"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and jetoto governing your access to and use of our website located at https://jetoto.cam and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account.
We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amendments become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Jetoto operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling. Any user found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all deposits refunded (minus any winnings or bonuses), and may be reported to relevant authorities. We employ rigorous age verification procedures including KTP validation and may request additional supporting documentation.
To create an Account, you must complete the registration form with accurate personal information including full name as it appears on your KTP, date of birth, residential address, phone number, and email address. You must create a strong password and maintain its confidentiality. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account credentials.
Following registration, jetoto will initiate a verification process to comply with anti-money laundering regulations and ensure platform security. You must provide the following documents for verification:
Verification typically completes within 24 hours during business days. Your Account will have limited functionality until verification is complete. You may deposit funds into an unverified Account, but withdrawals will be blocked until verification is successfully completed. Jetoto reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced verification procedures at any time.
You must keep your login credentials secure and confidential. Never share your password with any third party, including jetoto staff. Jetoto will never request your password via email, phone, or any communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately. You are liable for all transactions and activities conducted through your Account until you report a security breach.
Jetoto accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfers from the following banks: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, and Bank Danamon. All deposits must be made from a bank account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 (fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. Deposits via major Indonesian banks are typically processed instantly and credited to your Account balance within seconds. All deposits are final and non-refundable once credited to your Account.
All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Jetoto does not accept foreign currency deposits or maintain multi-currency accounts.
Jetoto does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank may impose its own transfer fees or transaction charges, which are your responsibility.
To request a withdrawal, your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete), you must have satisfied all bonus wagering requirements if applicable, and the withdrawal request must meet minimum withdrawal thresholds. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000 (one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah).
Jetoto strives to process withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 1 hour during business hours (09:00 WIB to 21:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours or on weekends may take up to 24 hours to process. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, Indonesian public holidays, or if additional verification is required.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same Indonesian bank account from which you made your deposits. If you deposited from multiple bank accounts, jetoto reserves the right to select the withdrawal destination or request that you nominate a single withdrawal account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Standard member withdrawal limit is Rp 50,000,000 (fifty million Indonesian Rupiah) per transaction. VIP members enjoy higher or unlimited withdrawal limits depending on their tier. Jetoto reserves the right to divide large withdrawal requests into multiple installments.
Jetoto does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, your receiving bank may impose receiving fees or intermediary charges, which are beyond our control and your responsibility.
Jetoto offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance your gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions ("Bonus Terms") which are published on the promotional page or communicated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the applicable Bonus Terms in addition to these general Terms.
Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as rollover requirements or playthrough requirements). This means you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a 100% deposit bonus with 3x wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount three times before you can withdraw. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each Bonus Terms document.
Bonuses are available only to eligible users who meet specific criteria. One bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses, winnings, and Account closure. Jetoto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time without prior notice.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, sports betting may contribute 50-100% depending on odds, and some casino games may contribute at reduced rates or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in the Bonus Terms.
All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bet selections before confirming. Jetoto will not cancel or amend bets except in cases of obvious error or system malfunction. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply and vary by game or market.
Sports bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body. For football betting, results are determined at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). Asian handicap bets use half-goal and quarter-goal handicaps which may result in split outcomes. Detailed sports betting rules are available in our FAQ section.
All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Each game has specific rules governing payouts, side bets, and gameplay procedures. You should familiarize yourself with individual game rules before playing. Game rules are accessible through the help section within each game.
Jetoto reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious error (such as incorrect odds due to system malfunction), technical errors, or force majeure events. In the event of a game malfunction, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Results displayed during a malfunction are invalid.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances (deposits, winnings, and bonuses), and potential legal action.
Jetoto reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicious or fraudulent activity, failure to complete verification, abuse of bonuses, use of prohibited software, or behavior deemed harmful to other users or the Platform.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. Balances left in closed accounts for more than 12 months may be forfeited. If you self-exclude for responsible gaming reasons, your Account will be closed for the exclusion period you specify.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. Jetoto may charge a monthly dormancy fee of Rp 50,000 on inactive accounts until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email before dormancy fees are applied.
Jetoto is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. To the fullest extent permitted by law, jetoto, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings, or interruption of service.
Jetoto's total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim.
Jetoto is not responsible for technical failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment processor errors, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of jetoto or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.
The jetoto name, logo, and all related branding are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jetoto is licensed and regulated, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in Indonesia, these Terms are interpreted consistently with Indonesian consumer protection laws where applicable.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the jurisdiction of our licensing authority.
